Striped Chest.

Posting two days in a row, now that's a change. Ha! It feels good to have two pieces done in less than a week! Thanks to some help from my mother ;)

Here's the other chest piece that I posted a few weeks ago. I wanted the stripes to be as imperfect as possible while still lining up with each other. And the original hardware is just painted and sanded. I love how it turned out. Makes me want to keep her :(

  2. This is sooo cute! I love stripes... I just moved to the Raleigh area (Clayton) and saw one of your dressers on Craig's List. It's nice to see some fellow furniture re-habbers around here!

    1. I've been waiting for someone around the Raleigh area to message me somehow - even better in a comment. Ha. It IS nice to know there are other re-purposers out here. I live close to Garner, so we are not too far away.
